The Art Department offers many art clubs and workshops throughout the year. So far Stencil Club and Mural Club have gotten off to a great start!!!

05.12.09 Congratulations to Courtney, Zafreen and Mackenzie, whose artwork has been chosen to represent Lisgar at Peel's annual Diversity Art Exhibition at the Living Arts Centre in June. Your paintings and stencil prints visually inspire us to respect each other's differences.
12.01.08 Call for Submissions!
Students in the Peel School Board are invited once again to participate in the annual Diversity art exhibition at the Living Art Centre. Start gathering ideas for creative ways to portray our diverse communities and respect for people of all races, beliefs and cultures. You can submit your completed artwork to your art teacher. The show will run from May -June in 2009.
11.28.08 Grade 8 clay container projects are on display at the central board office.
11.15.08 Call for submissions! Professional Mural Artist Mike Desjardins will be airbrushing a mural in Lisgar's front foyer and gymnasium. Submit your sketches on the theme of 'diversity' to your art teacher ASAP.
